The QIS Network Leadership Summit for child care center directors is scheduled for this June in Bridgeport, WV. Space is limited, and once the summit is filled, registration will be closed. This event also meets the requirements for a Tier II approved conference.

Family Child Care Creative Curriculum Training Conference

The Division of Early Care and Education is pleased to bring Teaching Strategies to our state to facilitate a conference for those child care professionals who are interested in implementing the Creative Curriculum in their programs.

  • Limited spots available. Please return registration as soon as possible.
  • Participants’ place of employment will be required to have a Provider Service Agreement in good standing.
  • Attendance to the 2 full days scheduled are required for WV STARS credit.
  • Participants are required to have a copy of the Family Child Care Creative Curriculum. If you are not currently using Creative Curriculum but are interested in obtaining a copy please contact your Child Care Resource and Referral to find out availability.
  • Full attendance on both days will count as a conference for Tier II.

Creative Curriculum for Family Child Care Conference Information:

Date: April 28th and 29th. (This is a two day training. Attendance to both days are required)
Time: 8:30 – 3:30 both days.
Place: Days Inn & Suites by Windham, 350 Days Drive, Flatwoods, WV

There is limited availability to this training, so it is important that you email your registration back as soon as possible to ensure your spot.
